The Community will offer its moral support, including written authorisation to use the logo and other material associated with the European Year of Languages, for initiatives undertaken by public or private organisations, where those organisations can demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Commission that the intitiatives involved are or will be in progress during the year 2001 and are likely to contribute significantly to one or more of the objectives of the European Year.
La Communauté accordera son soutien moral, comprenant, entre autres, l'autorisation écrite d'utiliser le logo et d'autres matériels associés à l'Année européenne des langues, à des initiatives émanant d'organismes privés ou publics, dans la mesure où ces derniers peuvent démontrer, à la satisfaction de la Commission, que les initiatives en question sont ou seront en cours pendant l'année 2001 et sont susceptibles de concourir de façon significative à l'un ou plusieurs des objectifs de l'Année européenne.
