Where the extension period granted in accordance with the second subparagraph is significant in comparison with the original duration of the rights of use, national competent authorities may subject the extension of rights to any adaptations of the previously applicable authorisation conditions which are necessary in the light of the changed circumstances, including the imposition of additional fees.
Lorsque la prolongation accordée conformément au deuxième alinéa est significative par rapport à la durée initiale des droits d’utilisation, les autorités nationales compétentes peuvent soumettre la prolongation des droits à toute éventuelle adaptation des conditions d'autorisation précédemment applicables qui se révèle nécessaire compte tenu de l’évolution de la situation, y compris l’imposition de redevances supplémentaires.
