Through its eEurope 2005 Action Plan, [4] endorsed by the Sevilla European Council in June 2002, the Union has set itself the objective of providing a favourable environment for private investment and for the creation of new jobs, to boost productivity, to modernise public services and to give everyone the opportunity to participate in the global information society.
Dans son plan d'action eEurope pour 2005 [4], approuvé par le Conseil européen de Séville en juin 2002, l'Union s'est assigné l'objectif de la mise en place d'un environnement favorable à l'investissement privé et à la création de nouveaux emplois, afin d'accroître la productivité, de moderniser les services publics et de donner à chacun la possibilité de participer à la société mondiale de l'information.
