Assuming this passes and is implemented, then future donations from an organization like the Koch Foundation — an American charitable organization, I assume — to the Fraser Institute, they have not received money from the Government of Canada — I assume they have not — and that future donations that they may make to the Fraser Institute or any other registered charity in Canada would then be deemed to be illegal, would they not?
