Each individual loss of alcohol shall be accepted only if it has been checked at the final destination and, in the case of alcohol for export, at the place where it left the customs territory of the Community, and certified by the competent inspection authority and/or international surveillance firm where such a firm has been appointed under Article 102, provided that such losses are within the limits specified in point (b) below.
Chaque perte éventuelle d'alcool n'est acceptée que si elle a été vérifiée au lieu d'utilisation finale et, pour les alcools destinés à l'exportation, au lieu où ils ont quitté le territoire douanier de la Communauté et attestée par l'autorité de contrôle compétente et/ou par la société de surveillance internationale lorsqu'une telle société a été désignée conformément aux dispositions de l'article 102 du présent règlement pour autant qu'elles restent à l'intérieur des limites prévues au point b).
