At the sitting of 29 April 1998 the President of Parliament announced that he had referred this proposal to the Committee on the Environment, Public Health and Consumer Protection as the committee responsible and the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development for its opinionS1.
In der Sitzung vom 29. April 1998 gab der Präsident des Europäischen Parlaments bekannt, daß er diesen Vorschlag an den Ausschuß für Umweltfragen, Volksgesundheit und Verbraucherschutz als federführenden Ausschuß und an den Ausschuß für Landwirtschaft und ländliche Entwicklung als mitberatenden Ausschuß überwiesen hat.
