4. Aid amounts granted to silkworm rearers shall be fixed by the Commission, by means of implementing acts adopted in accordance with the examination procedure referred to in Article 323(1a), taking into account the organisation of the silkworm rearing sector in certain regions of the Union and the need to facilitate the adaptation of supply to the market situation.
4. Die Höhe der Beihilfe für Seidenraupenzüchter wird von der Kommission im Wege von gemäß dem Prüfverfahren nach Artikel 323 Absatz 1a erlassenen Durchführungsrechtsakten unter Berücksichtigung der Organisation des Seidenraupensektors in bestimmten Regionen der Europäischen Union und der Notwendigkeit, die Anpassung des Angebots an die Marktlage zu erleichtern, festgesetzt.
