They include the right to authorise or prohibit reproduction of a protected topography and the right to authorise or prohibit commercial exploitation or the importation for that purpose of a topography or of a semiconductor product manufactured using the topography. The exclusive right to authorise or prohibit reproduction does not apply to the reproduction for the purpose of analysing, evaluating or teaching the concepts, processes, systems or techniques embodied in the topography or the topography itself.
Diese umfassen das Recht, der Nachbildung einer geschützten Topographie und der geschäftlichen Verwertung und der für diesen Zweck erfolgenden Einfuhr einer Topographie oder eines Halbleitererzeugnisses, das unter Verwendung dieser Topographie hergestellt wurde, zuzustimmen oder sie zu verbieten. Das ausschließliche Recht auf Genehmigung oder Verbot der Nachbildung erstreckt sich nicht auf die zum Zweck der Analyse, der Bewertung oder zu Ausbildungszwecken erfolgende Nachbildung der in der Topographie enthaltenen Konzepte, Verfahren, Systeme oder Techniken oder der Topographie selbst.
