34. Recalls that all Institutions have the right to implement communication policy as part of their institutional autonomy, as established in Article 49 of the Financial Regulation; encourages the Commission to continue to defend, as the other Institutions do, its own autonomy in this matter; reco
gnises the need for coordination of the different communication policies implemented by the Inst
itutions within the Interinstitutional group on information and communication; calls on the Interinst
