2. The European political party and the European political foundation must, at the time of its application, comply with the obligations listed in Article 23, and, from the date of application until the end of the financial year or of the action covered by the contribution or grant, remain registered in the Registry and not be the subject of any of the sanctions foreseen in Article 27(1) and (2) (e) and (f) .
2. Le parti politique européen et la fondation politique européenne doivent, à la date de leur demande, satisfaire aux obligations énumérées à l'article 23 et, à compter de la date de la demande jusqu'à la fin de l'exercice ou de l'action couverts par la contribution ou la subvention, rester enregistrés et ne faire l'objet d'aucune des sanctions prévues à l'article 27, paragraphe 1, et paragraphe 2, points e) et f) .
