61. Goods warehoused in a bonding warehouse shall be stowed or arranged therein in a manner prescribed by the regulations or, in the absence of any applicable regulations, in such manner that the casks, boxes or packages described in each entry for warehousing are placed together in separate lots and, except in the case of manufactured tobacco or cigars, in such manner that the casks, boxes or packages described in one entry are not intermixed with those described in another entry.
61. Les marchandises mises en entrepôt doivent y être arrangées ou installées de la manière prescrite par les règlements ou, en l’absence de règlements applicables, de manière que les futailles, boîtes ou emballages énumérés dans chaque déclaration d’entrée en entrepôt soient placés ensemble par lots séparés et, à l’exception du tabac manufacturé ou de cigares, de manière que les futailles, boîtes ou emballages énumérés dans une déclaration d’entrée de ce genre, ne soient pas confondus avec ceux qui sont énumérés dans une autre déclaration d’entrée de ce genre.
