(iii) in an appeal by the Attorney-General, by filing two (2) copies of the notice of appeal with the registrar and by personal service on the person in respect of whose trial disposition the appeal is brought, unless otherwise ordered by an Appellate judge; PROVIDED that where substitutional service is ordered, no appeal shall be argued without leave of the Court, and on such application for leave, the Court may give further directions as to service.
(iii) lorsqu’il s’agit d’un appel interjeté par le procureur général, en déposant deux (2) copies de l’avis d’appel au bureau du registraire et en en signifiant une à la personne même à l’égard de qui une décision a été rendue dont il est appelé, sauf instruction contraire d’un juge d’appel; à condition toutefois qu’en cas de signification subrogatoire, aucun appel ne puisse être plaidé sans autorisation de la Cour qui pourra, saisie d’une telle demande d’autorisation, donner d’autres directives quant à la signification.
