1. The Commission is empowered to adopt delegated acts in accordance with Article 105 supplementing this Regulation by setting out the elements to be contained in official attestations specific for plants, plant products or other objects, other than wood packaging material, which are required by the applicable international standards as form of proof of the implementation of measures adopted pursuant to Article 28(1) or (2), Article 30(1) or (3), Article 41(2) or (3), Article 44, or Article 54(2) or (3).

La Commission est habilitée à adopter des actes délégués en conformité avec l'article 105 afin de compléter le présent règlement en établissant les éléments qui doivent figurer dans les attestations officielles propres aux végétaux, produits végétaux ou autres objets, à l'exclusion des matériaux d'emballage en bois, qui sont exigées par les normes internationales applicables afin de prouver la mise en œuvre des mesures adoptées conformément à l'article 28, paragraphe 1 ou 2, à l'article 30, paragraphe 1 ou 3, à l'article 41, paragraphe 2 ou 3, à l'article 44, ou à l'article 54, paragraphe 2 ou 3.
