Mr. Julian Reed: I wanted to put on record that there is a public perception that government, crown corporations and government activity, is somehow excluded from the rigours of environmental law. I've seen this practised at the local level, where environmental common sense is thrown to the winds, but the response is, that's government, they can do whatever they want.
