3. The Registrar shall draw up in the respective language of each case t
he minutes of every hearing. Those minutes shall contain an indication of the case,
the date, time and place of the hearing, if applicable an indication that the hearing was in camera, the names of the Judges and the Registrar present, the names and capacities of the representatives of the parties present, of applicants in person and of the witnesses or experts examined, an indication of the evidence or procedural documents produced at the hearing and, in so far a
