‘exchange contract’ means a contract under which a consumer, for consideration, joins an exchange system which allows that consumer access to overnight accommodation or other services in exchange for granting to other persons temporary access to the benefits of the rights deriving from that consumer’s timeshare contract;
«contrat d’échange», un contrat par lequel un consommateur, à titre onéreux, participe à un système d’échange qui lui permet d’accéder à un hébergement pour la nuit ou à d’autres services et, en échange, de permettre à d’autres personnes de bénéficier temporairement des droits découlant de son contrat d’utilisation de biens à temps partagé;
