13 (1) Si, au cours d’une année, l’époux a acquis des actions dans le cadre d’un régime d’options d’achat d’actions d’une société privée sous contrôle canadien ou d’une société cotée en bourse assujettie au même traitement fiscal à l’égard d’options d’achat d’actions qu’une telle société privée, ajouter au revenu de l’année le montant de l’avantage découlant de l’exercice de l’option, lequel est égal à l’excédent éventuel de la valeur des actions au moment de leur acquisition sur le total de la somme payée par l’époux à la société pour ces actions et de la somme payée par l’époux pour l’option.
