L’agenda sera suivi de trois documents sur le haut débit. Premièrement la communication sur la large bande, qui détaille la mise en œuvre de l’agenda en matière de haut débit. Deuxièmement, la recommandation sur l’accès de nouvelle génération (ANG), qui vise à clarifier la base de promotion des investissements dans l’internet à grande vitesse. Et troisièmement, le premier programme relatif à la politique concernant le spectre radioélectrique, sur lequel se basera la stratégie de la Commission s’agissant de créer un spectre suffisant pour les services à large bande sans fil.
The agenda will be followed by three documents on broadband: firstly, broadband communication, which details the implementation of the agenda with respect to broadband; secondly, the recommendation on new generation access (NGA), which aims to clarify the basis to encourage investment in high-speed Internet; and thirdly, the first radio spectrum policy programme, which will form the basis of the Commission’s strategy to generate enough spectrum for wireless broadband.
