Les deux satellites Galileo 5 et 6 n'ayant pu être placés, le vendredi 22 août, sur l'orbite visée, la Commission européenne a demandé à Arianespace et à l'Agence spatiale européenne (ESA) de lui fournir toutes les données sur l'incident, ainsi qu'un calendrier et un plan d'action permettant de résoudre le problème.
Following the failure on Friday August 22nd to inject Galileo satellites 5 and 6 into the correct orbit, the European Commission has requested Arianespace and the European Space Agency (ESA) to provide full details of the incident, together with a schedule and an action plan to rectify the problem.
