Congratulates Romania on the progress achieved as regards administrative and judicial reforms and on the launch of the strategy to reform public administration, essential for decentralisation and devolved organisation of the civil service and for policy coordination; is confident that Romania recognises the importance of continuing to pursue administrative and judicial reforms as a priority and that considerable efforts will continue to be devoted to implementing these reforms across the board;
