1. Once approved, the prospectus shall be filed with the competent authority of the home Member State, shall be accessible to ESMA through the competent authority and shall be made available to the public by the issuer, the offeror or the person asking for admission to trading on a regulated market as soon as practicable and, in any event, at a reasonable time in advance of, and at the latest at the beginning of, the offer to the public or the admission to trading of the securities involved.

Une fois approuvé, le prospectus est déposé auprès de l’autorité compétente de l’État membre d'origine, rendu accessible à l’AEMF par l’intermédiaire de l’autorité compétente et mis à la disposition du public par l’émetteur, l’offreur ou la personne qui sollicite l’admission à la négociation sur un marché réglementé, le plus tôt possible et, en tout état de cause, dans un délai raisonnable avant le début ou, au plus tard, au début de l’offre au public ou de l’admission à la négociation des valeurs mobilières concernées.
