We welcome, on the one hand, the prospect of coordination and the networking of national programmes with a view to ending research fragmentation and thus achieving the critical mass required to obtain rapid results and, on the other hand, the involvement of the countries requesting assistance in the definition of priorities and the conduct of, and practical arrangements for, clinical trials.
On peut se réjouir de voir d'une part, une coordination, une mise en réseau des programmes nationaux qui permettront de mettre fin à la fragmentation de la recherche et ainsi d'atteindre une masse critique indispensable à l'obtention de résultats rapides et d'autre part, l'implication des pays demandeurs dans la définition des priorités, la réalisation des essais, leur concrétisation.
