1. Any authorisation, renewal, modification, suspension or revocation of authorisation of a GMO, food or feed referred to in Articles 3(1)(a) or (b) or 15(1)(a) or (b) shall be notified by the Commission to the Parties to the Cartagena Protocol through the biosafety clearing house in accordance with Article 11(1) or Article 12(1) of the Cartagena Protocol, as the case may be.

Conformément à l'article 11, paragraphe 1, ou, selon le cas, à l'article 12, paragraphe 1, du protocole de Cartagena, la Commission informe les parties audit protocole, par l'intermédiaire du centre d'échange pour la prévention des risques biotechnologiques (CEPRB), de toute autorisation d'un OGM, d'une denrée alimentaire visée à l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point a) ou b), ou d'un aliment pour animaux visé à l'article 15, paragraphe 1, point a) ou b), ainsi que de tout renouvellement ou de toute modification, suspension ou révocation d'une telle autorisation.
