Expresses concern at the prospect of a humanitarian crisis in Guinea-Bissau, and calls on the EU, the UN, the AU, ECOWAS and the CPLP to coordinate their efforts to prevent such a crisis, by planning joint measures, particularly to support the country's health sector, including the main hospital in Bissa, which is lacking the resources needed to meet people's daily needs and which will be unable to respond to a public health crisis exacerbated by the imminent rainy season;
8. s'inquiète de la possibilité d'une crise humanitaire en Guinée-Bissau et invite l'Union européenne, l'ONU et l'Union africaine, la CEDEAO et la CPLP à coordonner leurs efforts pour éviter cette éventualité, notamment en planifiant des actions conjointes d'appui, en particulier dans le secteur de la santé dans le pays, y compris le soutien au fonctionnement du principal hôpital de Bissau, qui manque du matériel indispensable pour répondre aux besoins quotidiens et qui ne pourra pas faire face à une crise de la santé publique accentuée par la saison des pluies qui approche;
