Calls on the Commission to grant the CCI SME status in their own right in regard to all arrangements for access to credit, start-up support and employment protection, which should be suitably adapted to the specificities of the sector, with particular reference to low capitalisation, the brand as an asset, the high risk in the early stage, strong IT impact, irregular employment, and the need for centralised services;
77. invite la Commission à prévoir de plein droit pour les industries culturelles et créatives le statut de PME, en référence à toutes les modalités d'accès au crédit, d'aide au démarrage des activités et de protection de l'emploi, déclinées sous une forme adaptée aux spécificités du secteur, s'agissant notamment de la faible capitalisation, de l'appréciation de la marque en tant qu'actif, de la phase initiale à haut risque, des fortes incidences des technologies informatiques, de l'emploi irrégulier et du besoin de services centralisés;
