annul the decision of the Eurogroup of 25 March 2013, which took its final form through the decision of the Governor of the Central Bank of Cyprus as the representative and/or agent of the European System of Central Banks dated 29 Μarch 2013, K.D.P [Regulatory Administrative Act] 104/2013, whereby the ‘sale of certain operations’ of Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd was decided and which in essence constitutes a joint decision of not only the European Central Bank but also of the European Commission;
annuler la décision de l’Eurogroupe du 25 mars 2013, qui a acquis sa forme définitive par la décision du 29 mars 2013 K.D.P. 104/2013 du gouverneur de la banque centrale de Chypre, agissant en qualité de représentant pour le Système européen de banques centrales de la Banque centrale européenne, par laquelle a été décidée la «vente de certaines activités» de la Cyprus Popular Bank Public Co Ltd et qui constitue en substance une décision commune de la Banque centrale européenne ainsi que de la Commission européenne;
