This Regulation establishes harmonised rules concerning the making available, introduction, possession and use of substances or mixtures that could be misused for the illicit manufacture of explosives, with a view to limiting their availability to the general public, and ensuring the appropriate reporting of suspicious transactions throughout the supply chain.
Le présent règlement établit des règles harmonisées concernant la mise à disposition, l’introduction, la détention et l’utilisation de substances ou mélanges susceptibles d’être utilisés d’une manière détournée pour la fabrication illicite d’explosifs, afin d’en limiter la disponibilité pour le grand public et de garantir que les transactions suspectes, à quelque étape que ce soit de la chaîne d’approvisionnement, soient dûment signalées.
