Before that there will be a consultative document which will in particular deal with the definition of European work, the identification of the entitled parties, legal deposit (which could include the creation of a European register, or the interconnection of national registers), questions linked with the chronology of the media, for the use and classification of works and the analysis of any other regulatory measure likely to improve the circulation and dissemination of European films.
