Once that will was expressed, it would be my hope that one could then consider a motion that was a direction to the Rules Committee or to the Internal Economy Committee to consider the modalities, with the advice of the table and others, with respect to how the will of this place might go forward in a fashion that struck all colleagues as fair, reasonable and cost efficient.
Une fois cette volonté exprimée, j'espère qu'on pourrait alors envisager de présenter une motion qui demanderait au Comité du Règlement, ou au Comité de la régie interne, de trouver le moyen de veiller au respect de la volonté des sénateurs, sur les conseils du Bureau et d'autres spécialistes, de façon juste et raisonnable aux yeux de tous les sénateurs, et sans que ce soit trop coûteux.
