Mr. Keith Martin: Mr. Speaker, I challenge the hon. member to go back to her riding and speak to some fisherman who is making $20,000 a year with dirt under his fingernails, who is trying to put food on the table for his children, macaroni and cheese, and say to him “No, we are going to allow you to pay money to give to somebody who is making $48,000 a year”.

Keith Martin: Monsieur le Président, je défie la députée de retourner dans sa circonscription et de dire aux pêcheurs qui gagnent 20 000 $ par année à la sueur de leur front, et qui ont du mal à nourrir leurs enfants au macaroni avec fromage: «Non, nous allons vous laisser payer de l'argent que nous allons remettre à ceux qui gagnent 48 000 $ par année».
