Member States shall draw up either a general market surveillance programme or sector specific programmes, covering the sectors in which they conduct market surveillance, communicate those programmes to the other Member States and the Commission and make them available to the public, by way of electronic communication and, where appropriate, by other means.
Les États membres établissent, soit un programme général de surveillance du marché, soit des programmes sectoriels spécifiques, couvrant les secteurs dans lesquels ils procèdent à la surveillance du marché. Ils communiquent ces programmes aux autres États membres et à la Commission et les mettent à la disposition du public par la voie électronique et, au besoin, par d'autres moyens.
