The minimum requirements of Article 11(5) on assistance and support measures to the victims are reflected in various ways, e.g. including the provision of the Directive literally in the national law (CYMT, UK(Gibraltar)) or spelled out in a disperse manner in the provisions of different acts (BE, BG, EL, ES, FR, HU, IT, LV, LT, NL, AT, PL, PT, RO, SI and SK) or via catch-all provisions ensuring other form of assistance (BG,ES,HR, RO).
