From this letter and the fact that the Fédération did not wish to appear, did not feel the need to appear, I think we may conclude and state that the francophones of Newfoundland have the management of their school system under control, and we hope that they may use this to promote the growth of their community in, as she so aptly put it, nondenominational schools.
Alors, par cette lettre et par le fait que la Fédération n'ait pas voulu comparaître, n'ait pas senti le besoin de comparaître, je crois qu'on peut en venir à la conclusion et affirmer que les francophones de Terre-Neuve ont en main la gestion de leur système scolaire. On espère qu'ils pourront s'en servir pour promouvoir l'épanouissement de leur communauté, et ceci, comme elle le dit si bien, dans des écoles non confessionnelles.
