The project covers the upgrading, equipping and functioning of five existing Privincial Technical Institutes of Agriculture (PTIAs) and the construction of training centres for farmers in order to introduce appropriate agricultural technologies through the training of agricultural teachers, extension workers and groups of farmers.
Il prévoit la revalorisation, l'équipement et la mise en service de cinq instituts techniques provinciaux d'agronomie existants (PTIA) et la construction de centres de formation pour agriculteurs, afin d'introduire les technologies agricoles appropriées par la formation d'enseignants agricoles, de vulgarisateurs et de groupes de cultivateurs.
