1. Community grants in the form referred to in point (a) of Article 108a(1) of the Financial Regulation shall be calculated on the basis of eligible costs, which are defined as costs actually incurred by the beneficiary and subject to a preliminary budget estimate as submitted with the proposal and included in the grant decision or agreement.

Les subventions communautaires sous la forme visée à l'article 108 bis, paragraphe 1, point a), du règlement financier sont calculées sur la base des coûts éligibles, qui sont définis comme les coûts réellement exposés par le bénéficiaire et font l'objet d'une prévision budgétaire préliminaire présentée avec la proposition et figurant dans la décision ou convention de subvention.
