4. If the contract is concluded through a means of distance communication which allows limited space or time to display the information, the trader shall provide, on that particular means prior to the conclusion of such a contract, at least the pre-contractual information regarding the main characteristics of the goods or services, the identity of the trader, the total price, the right of withdrawal, the duration of the contract and, if the contract is of indeterminate duration, the conditions for terminating the contract, as referred to in points (a), (b), (e), (h) and (o) of Article 6(1).
4. Si le contrat est conclu selon une technique de communication à distance qui impose des contraintes d’espace ou de temps pour la présentation des informations, le professionnel fournit, sur la technique en question et avant la conclusion du contrat, au minimum les informations précontractuelles concernant les principales caractéristiques des biens ou des services, l’identité du professionnel, le prix total, le droit de rétractation, la durée du contrat et, dans le cas des contrats à durée indéterminée, les modalités pour mettre fin au contrat, telles qu’énoncées à l’article 6, paragraphe 1, points a), b), e), h) et o).
