On the other hand, the dynamism of the international NGOs is also noticeable, in the way they challenge power, assert principles, or, then again, consolidate a power already in place, hence in some cases their lobbying activities and their nickname of VGOs (Voluntary Government Organisations).
Par contre, on notera aussi le dynamisme des ONG internationales dans la contestation d'un pouvoir, la revendication des principes ou encore dans la consolidation d'un pouvoir en place, d'où parfois leur travail de lobbies et leur surnom des OVG (Organisations volontairement gouvernementales).
