It's very much our tradition, and the ATA, by introducing the Federal Court.The Federal Court is a perfectly fine administrative law court that does its work in an efficient way, but the reality is that the Federal Court has not been a traditional criminal justice court, and I think that expanding its activities over the criminal law is not desirable.
