In order to encourage the use of the 'whistleblowing' arrangements, the Commission is improving information to staff about how the rules work, introducing the opportunity for staff who fulfil their duty to report evidence of possible wrongdoing to move to other departments if they anticipate hostile reactions at work, and reinforcing the existing guarantee that staff who report alleged wrongdoing will face no adverse consequences in their future career.
Afin d'encourager le recours à ces dispositions, la Commission améliore l'information du personnel sur la manière dont fonctionnent les règles, donne la possibilité aux fonctionnaires qui font leur devoir en dénonçant d'éventuels dysfonctionnements d'être mutés dans un autre service s'ils anticipent des réactions hostiles sur le lieu du travail, et renforce la garantie dont bénéficie déjà le personnel, à savoir que les fonctionnaires qui dénoncent des manquements n'auront pas à en supporter les conséquences dans le déroulement de leur carrière.
