The reason a $26.5 billion industry can export $45 billion is the fact that on the export statistics, when we look at stage 1 through stage 4, there is a stage 3, semi-fabricated metal products, obviously directly related to the flow of products coming from mining and smelting, and into the fabricated business as well.
