The European Commission has published a notice stating that it intends to authorise an agreement between postal operators under the competition rules of the EC Treaty and the European Economic Area (EEA) Agreement. The agreement is about how much the postal operator of the country of origin must pay the the postal operator of the country of destination for the delivery of cross-border mail (so-called "terminal dues").
La Commission a publié une communication indiquant qu'elle avait l'intention d'autoriser, conformément aux règles de concurrence du traité CE et de l'accord sur l'Espace économique européen (accord EEE), un accord conclu entre des opérateurs postaux sur la rémunération à verser par l'opérateur du pays expéditeur à celui du pays destinataire pour la distribution du courrier transfrontalier (les "frais terminaux").
