By way of derogation from Annex III to Decision 2001/822/EC, prepared and preserved shrimps and prawns of the species Pandalus borealis falling within CN code ex 1605 20, processed in Greenland from non-originating shrimps and prawns, shall be regarded as originating in Greenland in accordance with the terms of this Decision.
Par dérogation aux dispositions de l’annexe III de la décision 2001/822/CE, les crevettes préparées et conservées de l’espèce Pandalus borealis relevant du code NC ex 1605 20, qui sont transformées au Groenland à partir de crevettes non originaires, sont considérées comme originaires du Groenland, conformément aux conditions définies dans la présente décision.
