In line with the provisions of point 24 of the Framework Agreement, the Commission shall give thorough information to Parliament in due time when an international agreement is initialled, and shall inform Parliament as early as possible when it intends to propose its provisional application to the Council and of the reasons therefor, unless reasons of urgency preclude it from doing so.
Conformément aux dispositions du point 24 de l'accord-cadre, la Commission informe pleinement et en temps utile le Parlement dès qu'un accord international est paraphé et elle l'informe dès que possible quand elle a l'intention de proposer au Conseil l'application provisoire de cet accord, ainsi que des motifs de cette décision, sauf si l'urgence ne permet pas à la Commission de le faire.
