‘commercial operation’ shall mean any operation of an aircraft, in return for remuneration or other valuable consideration, which is available to the public or, when not made available to the public, which is performed under a contract between an operator and a customer, where the latter has no control over the operator;
«exploitation commerciale», toute exploitation d'un aéronef, contre rémunération ou à tout autre titre onéreux, qui est à la disposition du public ou, lorsqu'elle n'est pas mise à la disposition du public, qui est exercée en vertu d'un contrat conclu entre un exploitant et un client, et dans le cadre duquel ce dernier n'exerce aucun contrôle sur l'exploitant;
