(a) the lending institution agrees to furnish the Corporation with information in respect of interest rates, losses on loans secured by mortgages, costs of construction and of land, comparative rentals, availability of money for loans on the security of mortgages in different parts of Canada, costs
of operation of the business of lending money on the security of mo
rtgages, methods of appraising real property and such other informat
...[+++]ion as may assist the Corporation in research into the conduct of the business of lending money on the security of mortgages; and
a) celui-ci consent à lui fournir des renseignements sur les taux d’intérêt, les pertes relatives aux prêts hypothécaires, les coûts de construction et d’achat de terrains, les prix comparatifs des loyers, la disponibilité des fonds destinés aux prêts hypothécaires en différentes parties du Canada, les frais de gestion afférents à l’octroi de prêts hypothécaires, les méthodes d’évaluation des biens immeubles, ainsi que tous autres renseignements qui peuvent l’aider dans ses recherches en matière de prêts hypothécaires;
