(i.3) any armorial bearing, flag or other emblem, or any abbreviation of the name, of an international intergovernmental organization, if the armorial bearing, flag, emblem or abbreviation is on a list communicated under article 6 of the Convention or pursuant to the obligations under the Agreement on Trade-related Aspects of Intellectual Property Rights set out in Annex 1C to the WTO Agreement stemming from that article, and the Registrar gives public notice of the communication;
i.3) les armoiries, les drapeaux ou autres emblèmes d’une organisation intergouvernementale internationale ainsi que son sigle, qui figurent sur une liste communiquée conformément à l’article 6 de la Convention ou en vertu des obligations prévues à l’Accord sur les aspects des droits de propriété intellectuelle qui touchent au commerce figurant à l’annexe 1C de l’Accord sur l’OMC et découlant de cet article, pourvu que la communication ait fait l’objet d’un avis public du registraire;
