Dans sa décision, adoptée à la lumière de l'encadrement des aides au secteur des fibres synthétiques (1987-1989)(1), en vigueur au moment de l'adoption de sa décision antérieure, qui a été annulée, la Commission a arrêté ce qui suit: - en premier lieu, le financement de l'opération de nettoyage du site (40 000 000 de FF) ne constitue pas une aide; - en deuxième lieu, certains volets de l'investissement bénéficiant d'une aide (polymérisation et procédés chimiques connexes pour la production d'éléments à haute viscosité) ne relèvent pas de l'encadrement pour 1987-1989.
