B. whereas, based on the initiative taken by the Arab League, the parties concerned reached an agreement on 15 May 2008 to end immediately the armed manifestations in all their various forms, to resume the national dialogue based on the questions of the national unity government and the new election law, and to restore normal life and the situation to that prior to the recent incidents,
B. considérant que, sur la base de l'initiative engagée par la Ligue arabe, les parties concernées sont parvenues à un accord le 15 mai 2008 visant à mettre un terme immédiat aux manifestations armées sous toutes leurs formes, à reprendre le dialogue national sur les questions du gouvernement d'unité nationale et de la nouvelle loi électorale, et à rétablir la vie normale et la situation qui prévalait avant ces incidents récents,
