(g)enforce contracts entered into by a subsidiary, the obligations under which are guaranteed or otherwise supported by the parent undertaking, notwithstanding any contractual right to cause the termination, liquidation or acceleration of such contracts based solely on the insolvency or financial condition of the parent undertaking, if such guarantee or other support and all the related assets and liabilities have been transferred to and assumed by the recipient, or the resolution authority provides in any other way adequate protection for such obligations.
(g)de faire respecter les contrats conclus par une filiale, lorsque l'exécution des obligations qui en découlent est garantie ou autrement soutenue par l'entreprise mère, nonobstant tout droit contractuel de procéder à la résiliation, la liquidation ou l'anticipation de l'échéance de ces contrats sur la seule base de l'insolvabilité ou de la situation financière de l'entreprise mère, si cette garantie ou tout autre soutien et tous les actifs et passifs liés ont été transférés à l’entité réceptrice et assumés par celle-ci, ou si l'autorité de résolution fournit par tout autre moyen une protection adéquate pour ces obligations.
