If a project participant fails to meet one or more of the national eligibility criteria or if the corresponding national budget for commitment for funding is exhausted, the Executive Board of the AALA may decide that an additional central independent evaluation of the proposal concerned should be carried out with the assistance of independent experts, in order to evaluate the proposal either without the participation of the participant in question or with a replacement participant, as suggested by project participants.
Si un participant au projet ne remplit pas l’un ou plusieurs des critères d’éligibilité nationaux ou si le budget national correspondant à l’engagement de financement est épuisé, le conseil d’administration de l’AALA peut décider de procéder, avec l’aide d’experts indépendants, à une nouvelle évaluation indépendante de la proposition concernée au niveau central, soit sans le participant en question, soit avec un participant de remplacement, comme suggéré par les participants au projet.
